Kruger, a freshman from Cincinnati, tallied a pair of wins over the weekend as women's tennis kicked off its conference slate with a 6-3 win over Mount Union.

She was impressive in a 6-1, 6-2 victory at No. 2 doubles, and teamed with Julie Stroyne to post an 8-0 win in the first doubles slot. Kruger is now a combined 20-4 on the season, having gone 10-2 in both singles and doubles.

For her results, she was named the Ohio Athletic Conference Player of the Week.

Otterbein returns to action Thursday afternoon, hosting Ohio Northern at 3:30 p.m.
