Fishbaugh Field
Named after legendary coach Richard F. (Dick) Fishbaugh, Fishbaugh Field plays home to the highly successful Cardinal baseball program. Nestled behind the Rike Center on the northern-most point of campus, Fishbaugh Field has hosted multiple Ohio Athletic Conference Tournaments and created countless memories along the way.
The field was dedicated in October 2004 in recognition of Fishbaugh’s 33 plus years of commitment to the Otterbein baseball program. Since the dedication, Otterbein has continuously added to the field, starting with the addition of bleachers behind the backstop were in 2016. A brand new fence around the perimeter, home bullpen with benches and graphic padding was installed in 2021, with new windscreens in 2022. In early spring of 2025, the press box/cart barn was painted true Cardinal red by the Otterbein Service Department, while also redoing the lettering inside of the home dugout.
Bleachers are positioned behind the backstop and a full press box, capable of seating 15 is located above the home dugout along the first base line. Beyond the centerfield fence is the batting cage.
