Meadows, a senior from Marion (Ridgedale H.S.), helped the baseball team play to a 3-3 record on the week while setting a new school record.
Meadows extended his hitting-streak to a new school record 26 games during a doubleheader at Heidelberg, breaking Thomas Linder's previous record of 25. The streak ended the following day but goes down as the second-longest in NCAA Division III this season.
Meadows hit .350 on the week at the plate, driving in five runs and scoring another seven as Otterbein moved to 4-2 in conference play. He went 3 for 4 with three RBI and four runs scored in a come-from-behind win at Ohio Northern, which included two home-run shots.
He also contributed on the mound, tossing a complete seven-inning game at Heidelberg to move to 4-0 this season on the bump. He allowed just one earned-run and struck out seven batters.
