Milligan, a senior from Orville, continued his impressive results this past weekend by winnig the pole vault at the All-Ohio Meet. Milligan, who enetered the meet holding the second-bes tvault in the nation at 16-1 1/4, cleared an even 16-0 to finish in first. He has won all four outdoor meets so far this season.
