Meadows finished off his Otterbein career with a bang, helping lead the Cardinals to the Ohio Athletic Conference (OAC) Tournament championship series while racking up multiple individual awards along the way.
Meadows was voted the 2013 OAC Player of the Year , becoming the first Cardinal in 35 years to receive the honor.
The Marion native did it all for Otterbein this past spring, starting games at catcher, pitcher, third base, and designated hitter. He broke school records for most hits (212), total bases (380), runs scored (147) and doubles (52) in a career.
His stellar season warranted a first team All-Mideast Region selection as well as first team All-American by D3baseball.com, and second team All-American from the American Baseball Coaches Association.
