Montoya, a junior from Howard (East Knox), helped guide the men's cross country team to a third-place finish out of 13 teams at the Madison Kiwanis Invitational over the weekend in Hanover, Ind.

Montoya finished the eight-kilometer course in 27:09 to land 19th out of 155 total runners. He ran the course at a 5:28 mile pace.

Otterbein had four runners inside the top-25, helping the Cards hold onto the third position as a group.
