A junior left fielder, Harkenrider turned in a strong week to help the baseball team split a pair of conference doubleheader against Ohio Northern and John Carroll.

Harkenrider hit 9 for 19 (.474) on the week, tallying two or more hits in every game and ultimately driving in six runs. His standout moment game at the end of game one against ONU when he ripped a walk-off, three-run double to right field that cleared the bases and capped a come-from-behind win for the Cardinals.


Harkenrider also came up with 18 putouts in left field, tracking down multiple fly balls and making a few impressive catches.
