Shutt helped the men's tennis team inch its way closer to an Ohio Athletic Conference championship last week, going a perfect 4-0 with a pair of wins at No. 2 singles and No. 2 doubles.

Shut improved to 12-4 this spring with his dominant singles performance, losing just one game over his two outings. He teammed with Zach McDivitt at second doubles, winning 8-0 against Muskingum and 8-4 in non-conference action at Cedarville.

The Cardinals, currently controlling their own destiny for the regular-season crown and No. 1 seed in the upcoming OAC Tournament, return to action Wednesday against Mount Union.
