Carus, a senior libero from Tipp City (Tippecanoe), turned in perhaps the best week of her career as the volleyball team picked up tow key Ohio Athletic Conference wins.

Carus began the stretch with a career-best 35 digs in the team's four-set win over Ohio Northern. She finished off the week with a 29-dig performance on Senior Night against Muskingum, where she also added five assists and three service aces.

Her solid play on the back line limited Ohio Northern to a .114 hitting percentage and kept Muskingum at a .158 mark. The Cardinals, now tied atop the league standings, will travel to Wilmington on Tuesday night before hosting Baldwin Wallace come Saturday.
