Kent, a junior centerfielder from Grove City, turned in an impressive week at the plate as the baseball team won two of its three outings.

Kent drove in the winning run in the bottom of the 11th inning against La Roche, legging out an infield single to give the team a 6-5 victory. He had quite a day in Otterbein's home opener against Wittenberg, hitting for the cycle and reaching base all six times as the Cardinals earned a 10-9 win.

He finished off the week strong, reaching base all five times against Ohio Wesleyan by ripping three singles and walking twice. He currently holds a conference-best .583 batting average and was named OAC Hitter of the Week for a second time this season.
