Hilfinger, a senior attacker from Hilliard, gave the women's lacrosse team two solid outings on the week as the group fights for a spot in the upcoming four-team OAC Tournament.

Hilfinger began with a three-point outing Wednesday against cross-town Capital, scoring twice and assisting on another goal as the Cardinals prevailed with a critical 11-9 win. Hilfinger scored a go-ahead goal during the first half before a timely goal in the second half to put the game out of reach.

She finished with a hat-trick performance over the weekend at Baldwin Wallace, scoring three times in the first half and setting up another score late in the second to keep the Cardinals within a goal.

As a result of her performances, she was chosen as the Ohio Athletic Conference 'Offensive Player of the Week.'
