Salazar, a senior from Wooster, continued his impressive stretch over the weekend by winning 16 of 19 faceoff opportunities in a 12-3 victory at Muskingum. He has now captured 62 of his last 80 attempts (78%).

Salazar collected a game-best six ground balls and even assisted on a goal early in the third period, his second in the last three outings, as Otterbein won its OAC opener for a third-straight season.

He repeated as OAC Defensive Player of the Week as a result of his performance.
