Norton, a junior pitcher from Lima (Bath), tossed four scoreless innings on the week as baseball played to a 6-2 record. He began by tallying two saves in a pair of one-run games at Heidelberg, keeping the Student Princes scoreless in the ninth inning of game one and then the tenth inning of game two.

The 5'5" right-hander then helped clinch the OAC regular-season crown and top seed in the league tournament by closing game two against Muskingum on Saturday. He now has seven saves on the season and sports a 1.42 E.R.A over 20 appearances.
