Wells, a sophomore from Dayton (Oakwood), turned in an All-American performance for the men's golf team at the NCAA Division III Championships by finishing in 27th place individually.

Wells, who entered the tournament as Otterbein's No. 5 player, sat in a tie for four near the top of the leaderboard entering Friday's final round and ultimately posted scores of 76-73-73-84. His efforts were good enough to help the Cardinals grab seventh place as a team.
