Kolling, a junior pole vaulter from Greenville, turned in a spectacular runner-up finish over the weekend at the NCAA Division III Indoor Championships. She finished second out of 17 competitors, clearing a final height of 12-9 1/2 (3.90m) to earn eight points.

Kolling only finished behind Ithaca's Katherine Pitman, the reigning outdoor champion who cleared an NCAA meet record 13-8 1/2.
