Finnegan, a sophomore from New Paris, Pa. (Chestnut Ridge), earned Ohio Athletic Conference 'Field Athlete of the Week' after claiming the All-Ohio championship in the discus over the weekend with a stellar toss of 149-5, topping the rest of the field by more than six feet.

Finnegan's toss broke  Otterbein's 13-year old school record in the event, and now ranks her sixth in the entire country. She also finished ninth in the shot put.
