Petraitis, a senior from Pickerginton North, ran an NCAA provisional mark of 8.46 in the preliminary round of the women’s 55-meter hurdles Saturday at the Otterbein Invitational. She then turned around to run another provisional mark of 8.50 to take first place in the finals. Petraitis also finished second in the 55-meter dash in an OAC qualifying time of 7.50.
