Bedell, a junior from Bellevue, earned Ohio Athletic Conference Women's 'Track Athlete of the Week' following a victory at Indiana Wesleyan.

She bested the field of 13 competitors in the 400-meter hurdles, running a time of 1:05.88 to crack inside the top-15 nationally. She is the defending OAC and All-Ohio champion in the event.
