Lamb, a junior from Granville, completely shattered her school record in the 5,000 meters by more than 20 seconds over the weekend at Ohio State's Jesse Owens Classic.

She ran a blazing 16:37.71, good enough to finish fifth in a talented field and move into second nationally on the Division III outdoor qualifying list.
