Hott, a junior from DeSales, played defender for the first time in her career and helped women's soccer post a pair of shutouts in winning the Herb Lauffer Memorial Tournament at Penn State-Behrend.
Hott and the Cardinals, which defeated Thomas More (3-0) and the host Lions (2-0), allowed just seven combined shots across the weekend. In addition, Hott came up into the attacking end and assisted a goal in each outing.
As a result of her efforts, Hott was voted the Ohio Athletic Conference Defensive Player of the Week.
