Fortman, a junior from Cincinnati Elder, led Otterbein with a 14th-place individual finish at the NCAA Preview littered with nationally-ranked schools.

Fortman opened with a round of 78 before firing back-to-back 72's to culminate the stay at Keene Trace in Kentucky. The Cards finished 11th as a team.
