Lamb, a senior from Granville, just narrowly missed a national title by finishing runner-up at the NCAA Division III Cross Country Championships in Wisconsin. She ran 20:58 and crossed three seconds behind the winner, but still recorded the highest result ever by a Cardinal runner.

Lamb repeated as an All-American and helped the team finish 23rd collectively, improving six spots from last year.
