Cydrus, a sophomore pitcher from Circleville, improved to 5-0 on the season this past week after tossing a complete-game, three-hitter against Ohio Northern University. The right-hander scattered just three hits and allowed one unearned run, while striking out four batters. Cydrus then came on in the ninth inning Saturday against Heidelberg to tally his first save of the season. He sat down the Student Princes in order to preserve the 4-3 victory.
