LaCorte, a senior right-handed pitcher, tossed a complete-game victory Saturday against Muskingum to keep the Cardinals alive in the race for the OAC postseason tournament. The New Albany H.S. graduate recovered from giving up a leadoff home run by allowing just one more hit the remainder of the seven-inning contest. He struck out five batters and walked none for one final performance on senior day.
