WESTERVILLE – The Otterbein men's tennis team swept Mount Union 7-0 on Saturday as both teams opened their Ohio Athletic Conference schedules.

• Records: Otterbein (11-7 overall, 1-0 OAC), Mount Union (1-13 overall, 0-1 OAC)

Singles

• #1: Junior Max Fickas won 6-0, 6-2 over Andrew Cavett.
• #2: Freshman Sanjan Shanker won 6-0, 6-3 over Nick Sziraky.
• #3: Sophomore Neil Reddy won 6-3, 6-2 over Jacob Timonere.
• #4: Sophomore Jake Chilcote won 6-1, 6-1 over Luke Deland.
• #5: Sophomore Nikita Kitaev won 6-0, 6-1 over Noah Fink.
• #6: Senior Will Newberry won 6-0, 6-0 over Riley Brown.

Doubles

• #1: Reddy and Fickas won 6-1 over Cavett and Sziraky.
• #2: Newberry and Chilcote won 6-0 over Timonere and Deland.

• Tenth-year head coach Tyler Stephen is 109-67 during his tenure leading the men's tennis team at Otterbein.
