WOOSTER – Playing indoors on a rainy Saturday, the second-seeded Otterbein men's tennis team concluded its postseason run with a 4-1 loss to top-seeded Ohio Northern in the Ohio Athletic Conference Tournament championship match.

• #1: Junior Max Fickas led 7-6 with Peyton Specht (unfinished).
• #2: Freshman Sanjan Shanker won 6-4, 6-0 over T.J. Schultz.
• #3: Sophomore Neil Reddy fell 2-6, 0-6 to Tyler Wood.
• #4: Sophomore Jake Chilcote fell 2-6, 2-6 to Noah Boyce.
• #5: Sophomore Nikita Kitaev fell 4-6, 1-6 to Kessler Hackenberger.
• #6: Senior Will Newberry trailed 2-6, 3-4 with Kosuke Asada (unfinished).

Doubles

• #1: Fickas and Reddy fell 4-6 to Specht and Wood.

• The Polar Bears defeated the Cardinals 4-3 in the teams' regular-season meeting on April 24.
• Tenth-year head coach Tyler Stephen is 112-69 during his tenure leading the men's tennis team at Otterbein.
• Newberry (15-5), Shanker (14-10), Chilcote (14-11) and Kitaev (14-13) led the Cardinals in singles wins on the season.
• Newberry led the team in doubles victories on the year with an 18-7 record.
• Newberry (33-12) led the team in overall wins on the season, followed by Chilcote (29-20), Kitaev (28-25) and Shanker (27-20).
