WLAX closes out regular season

GROVE CITY, Pa. – In the regular season finale, the Otterbein University women's lacrosse team dropped an 18-8 decision to Grove City College. The hosts used an eight goal first quarter to build a sizable lead and never look back.

Freshman Leela Henry paced the Cardinals with four goals and one assist, while tallying four draw controls. Fellow freshman Dakota Klein scored a pair of goals and added one assist, while Ava Robey added one goal and two assists.

Junior Alyssa Glenn was masterful on defense, causing five turnovers, picking up two ground balls and controlling two draws. 

The Cardinals will have a week off before beginning the OAC Tournament next Wednesday. The official time, location and opponent will be announced on Thursday.
