Three-year letterwinner ... As a Junior (2018): Ran in 17 meets to rack up third letter ... Repeated as All-American on DMR squad, which finished fifth once again at NCAA Indoor Championships ... USTFCCCA All-Region in two events ... Repeated on Academic All-OAC list ... Won six races and finished runner-up in five others ... All-Ohio indoor champion in the mile ... OAC outdoor champion in the 3K steeplechase ... Earned three All-OAC awards during indoor meet, coming in the DMR, 1,000 meters and mile run ... All-Ohio outdoor honors with career-best 10:55 to finish second in the steeplechase ... Also set new PR's in four other events ... As a Sophomore (2017): Competed in 18 meets to garner second varsity letter ... All-Region in three different indoor events (mile, DMR, 3K) and then also earned All-Region come spring in the steeplechase ... Indoor national qualifier as part of the Distance-Medley Relay, which earned All-American honors with a fifth-place finish in time of 11:53.97 at NCAA Championships (3/10/2017) ...
