The 2026-27 school year will be Frey's first on staff for the Cardinals. She received her Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from Bowling Green State University in 2013, followed by her Masters in Recreation Sport Administration from Western Kentucky University in 2016.
She previously served as the Associate Director of Sports Medicine at the University of Houston, heading women's basketball and women's golf. Along with her experience in Houston, she was the Assistant Director of Sports Medicine at the University of Tulsa, heading men's basketball, women's golf, and also coordinating insurance for the program.
