Shore will join the Cardinals on staff for her first year during the 2026-27 school year. A decorated, well-known wrestler herself, Shore becomes the second head coach in program history. She saw success on the mat following her two NCWWC National Championships in 2025 at Otterbein University and 2022 at Tiffin University.
Shore capped her career with a 24-1 record at Otterbein with 16 falls. Also having a background in the youth wrestling world, she runs the Shore Wrestling Club, an all-female training program. Shore also wrestled at Miami East High School, making a direct impact on women's wrestling there as well. She is the only female in history to place at the OHSAA Boys State Tournament – something that will never happen again since the OHSAA's adoption of Girls Wrestling as a sanctioned sport for the 2022-23 school year.
Shore and the Otterbein women's wrestling program will commence their third season as a program in early November of 2026.
