Lemley, a freshman utility player from Bethel Park, Pa., turned in an impressive collegiate debut over the weekend as Otterbein baseball took two of three games from Elmhurst College (Ill.)
Lemley played in both wins, going 5 for 6 with two triples and a pair of RBI in his first outing on Saturday afternoon, a 14-7 Cardinal victory. He gave a solid effort in the rubber match Sunday, hitting 2 for 5 with another two RBI. He also scored three runs.
Lemley and the Cardinals will travel down south to Fort Myers, Fla. this week for their annual spring break trip, opening with Defiance College Thursday evening at 7 p.m.
