Kasper, a freshman from Lexington, compiled a 6-2 individual record on the week spanning a home dual against No. 9-ranked Baldwin Wallace and then the Wheaton Invitational.

Kasper (197 lbs.) began the week with a decision victory, delivering a third-period takedown to outlast Baldwin Wallace's Tyler Maclellan, who was a national qualifier last season.

Kasper then wrestled his way to a fourth-place finish in a strong field at Wheaton, going 5-2 in the double-elimination event and defeating No. 7-ranked Luke Fernandez of Elizabethtown. His overall record now stands at 21-4 this season.
