Scholz, a sophomore forward from Cincinnati, had a pair of double-doubles on the week to help the women's basketball team secure a pair of wins.

Scholz began with 10 points and game-high 11 rebounds (six offensive) in a 70-65 overtime win at Wilmington, where she also had four assists and career-high four steal. She then responded with 12 points and 10 caroms in a decisive win over cross-town rival Capital. Scholz shot 5 of 9 from the field in both outings.
