Smith, a senior running back from Portsmouth, helped the football team post a season-high in total offense against Capital.

Smith rushed 23 times for a career-best 155 yards on the ground, including a go-ahead 45-yard TD late in the fourth quarter that put the Cards ahead 19-16.
