FINAL RESULTS
ADA, Ohio – The Cardinal grapplers were dealt a road loss in Ohio Athletic Conference dual action Tuesday evening, taking a 48-0 defeat at the hands of host Ohio Northern in the ONU Sports Center.
Otterbein, traveling without four starters due to injury (including three nationally-ranked wrestlers), falls to 6-5 on the season in dual showdowns and now also sits 1-4 within the OAC. The Polar Bears, meanwhile, improve themselves to 8-9 as a squad and 3-2 against the league.

Nate Temple, had to forfeit the opening weight class and were never able to catch back up.
Sophomore
Santino DiSabato went down to the wire against ONU's Brad Taton at 133 pounds, with Taton narrowly emerging by a 6-5 decision. Freshman
Bradley Minnard also turned in a competitive showing in replacement of Kasper, maneuvering with Alex Bair before settling for a 5-1 loss.
The Cardinals did capture a pair of exhibition matches prior to the varsity dual, receiving a 2-0 decision from
Hunter Stoffer (165) and a 6-3 decision courtesy of
Sam Shalvey (184).
Otterbein will fortunately have the upcoming weekend off to regroup and get healthier before hosting John Carroll next Tuesday at 7:30 p.m.
