Waynesburg, PA- Otterbein used an offensive outburst in the fourth quarter to blow past the host Yellow Jackets on Tuesday night, 84-56. The victory moves the Cardinals to 4-1 on the season, while Waynesburg falls to 1-4.

HOW IT HAPPENED:

• Otterbein trailed for the first 2:14 of the game, 3-0, but then took the lead and never gave it back.
   
• The Cardinal lead was 34-25 at the half, Angelia Jackson lead the way on offense, scoring 11.
   
• Abby Zerkle trailed her with eight first half points of her own.
   
• Waynesburg stayed within striking distance of the Cardinal lead at the end of the 3rd, only being outscored 14-11 in the quarter.
   
• The fourth quarter saw the Cardinal offense explode, outscoring the hosts 36-20.
   
• Otterbein shot 13-20 from the field in the 4th, to go along with an impressive 7-12 showing from behind the three point line.
   

INSIDE THE BOX SCORE:

• Zerkle finished the night with a game high 20 points, shooting 7-11 from the field and 6-10 from behind the arch.
   
• Jackson poured in 19 points of her own on 7-15 from the field, and 5-10 from deep.
   
• Delaney Cutteridge recorded a double-double on the night, with 16 points and 10 assists.
   
• As a team Otterbein went 33-71 from the field, and an impressive 14-26 from three.
   
• The Cards outrebounded Waynesburg 45-23, including 18 offensive rebounds.
