UNIVERSITY HEIGHTS, Ohio- Otterbein Women's Soccer collected its fifth-straight win over John Carroll Wednesday night, handling the Blue Streaks in a 4-0 result.

With the win, the Cardinals now sit at 10-1 on the season and are currently riding a 10-game win streak. Their only loss came against top-10 Case Western Reserve in the opener.
Otterbein, Ohio Northern, and Capital moved to 4-0 and remain in a three-way tie for first in the conference.

Grace Weidenhamer got the Cardinals on the board first with the only goal they would need on the night. She scored just nine minutes into play with an assist coming from
Morgan Somers.

Delaney Earl show wrapped up the first half as the senior star would tally two scores, including one unassisted, before hitting the locker room.

In the second half Weidenhamer and Somers switched things up; this time Grace assisted Morgan for the fourth score of the night.

The Cardinal defense locked up another opponent, this time holding the Blue Streaks to just four shots;Â only one in the first 45 minutes of play. The offense stayed the course and produced another six corner kick chances while firing off 22 shots.

Otterbein will return home on Saturday for a match with Heidelberg; kickoff is set for 2 p.m. inside Memorial Stadium.
