TIFFIN, Ohio – Another lopsided victory pushed the Otterbein women's lacrosse group to a 4-2 record on the season Saturday afternoon, as the Cardinals led early and often before a culminating 17-3 triumph over Heidelberg.
HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Otterbein scored six goals (from six different players) in the opening four minutes and remained in dominant control throughout.

- The Cardinals ignited the running clock, at 10-0, before the midway point of the opening half and ultimately carried a 13-0 advantage into the break.

- Heidelberg (0-6) scored a pair of goals early in the second half, but it wouldn't be nearly enough to claw back as Otterbein coasted down the stretch.

INSIDE THE BOX SCORE:
- The Cards finished with a 34-7 shot advantage, including a 26-3 edge on goal.

- Otterbein captured 15 of the 22 draw controls, spearheaded by a combined 10 from Macey Buchanan and Lauren Newkirk.|

- Five Cardinals netted multiple goals and 10 different players scored at least once. Cameron Finnegan led all players with four of her own.

- Heidelberg committed 25 turnovers on the day.
