Women's Cross Country competes at Wild Bill Invitational

FAIRBORN - The Otterbein women's cross country team had four runners compete at the Wild Bill Invitational on Friday.

The Basics

  • Hosted by Wright State, the Wild Bill Invitational consisted of a 6K race held at Fairborn Community Park in Fairborn, Ohio. The venue featured a relatively flat, fast course with all grass footing.

  • With only four runners competing, the Cardinals did not post a team score. 
  • Overall, Wright State was the top team finisher in the four-team field with 33 points followed by Ohio Christian University in second with 35 points and Lindsey Wilson College in third with 72 points.
  • The top three individual finishers were Indiana's Taylor Fox in 21:26, Wright State's Emma Johnson in 21:55 and Indiana's Jessica Hegedus in 21:57.
