TIFFIN, Ohio – Facing a Heidelberg team known for knocking off Top-25 opponents, the No. 21 ranked Otterbein University men's basketball team earned a hard-fought 85–83 road victory Saturday afternoon inside Seiberling Gymnasium. With the win, the Cardinals improved to 18–3 overall and 10–2 in OAC play.

Senior Julian Heckman followed with 14 points and a team-high five assists, while freshman Dominic Theado added 13 points and six rebounds. Sophomore Micah Germany and senior Troy Scowden each chipped in 11 points, and junior Chase Garito rounded out the balanced scoring with 10.
