Glenn leads four All-OAC selections

WESTERVILLE – Four members of the Otterbein University women's lacrosse team were decorated with All-OAC accolades, as announced Monday morning. Alyssa Glenn's First Team status led the pack, with Ava Robey, Leela Henry and Karley Gerst all earning postseason recognition as well.

Glenn was tremendous on both sides of the ball this year. She led the OAC in ground balls (65) and caused turnovers (54), while ranking third in draw controls (76). The junior added 43 goals and dished out 10 assists this season.

Robey caps off her historic Otterbein career on the All-OAC Second Team. Setting the new Otterbein career points record midway through the year, the senior led the league with 97 points and 56 assists. She scored 41 goals, cementing her legacy in multiple offensive categories in program history.

Henry and Gerst, both first-years, earned Honorable Mention status this season. Henry led Otterbein with 54 goals, adding 30 assists and totaling 66 draw controls. The 54 goals ranks second in the OAC and her 84 points was second only to Robey. Gerst scored 17 goals and added 10 assists for the Cardinals, picking up 30 ground balls as an attacker.

The Otterbein women's lacrosse team finished the season 10-7 overall and placed third in the OAC regular season standings.
