Six named to CSC Academic All-District Team

WESTERVILLE – On Tuesday, six athletes from three different sports were named to the College Sports Communicators Academic All-District At-Large Team. Wrestlers Kellie Kennedy, Raegan Briggs and Alicia Coleman were joined by lacrosse's Alayna Bogner and Alyssa Glenn, as well as senior golfer Alexa Luebbe.

Kennedy, Briggs and Coleman become Otterbein's first-ever women's wrestlers to earn the accolade. In their second season in competition, the Cardinals continued to progress as one of the emerging teams in the nation's toughest region. With women's wrestling being a NCAA sanctioned sport for the first time in 2025-26, Kennedy qualified for Nationals at 110 pounds to be Otterbein's first NCAA National Qualifier.

Bogner and Glenn enjoyed a tremendous season for the women's lacrosse program, turning in an overall record of 10-7 and finishing third in the OAC. Bogner, a sophomore, was the main goalie for the Cardinals, while Glenn picked up her third consecutive All-OAC accolade, landing on the First Team.

Luebbe capped off an illustrious career by taking third at the OAC Championships and receiving First Team honors. This is the second straight year Luebbe was named to the CSC Academic All-District squad, a nod to her success on and off the course.

The at-large team encompasses student-athletes from 23 different sports. One must be a sophomore or higher in athletic and academic standing and hold a cumulative GPA of a 3.50 or better. Athletic participation requirements vary by sport and can be found at the CSC website.
