Sammy Schuster primarily works with the catchers and hitters as a graduate assistant coach at Otterbein.
He earned a bachelor's degree in history with a minor in education from Washington and Jefferson College in Washington, Pa., where he was a member of the baseball team. He served as a team captain during his senior season and was part of four PAC championships and four NCAA Tournament appearances.
Schuster coached summer ball for three years for the CLE Prospects both as a head coach and assistant coach.
A native of Fairport Harbor, Ohio, Schuster is currently working towards earning a Master of Arts in Teaching (4th-9th grade) degree.
