Austin Corry begins his first season as a graduate assistant coach for the Otterbein football program, helping oversee the defensive line.
A recent 2020 graduate, Corry was a two-year starter (18 of 20 possible games) for the Cardinals at nose guard before suffering an injury and ultimately coming aboard as a student coach. An Academic All-Ohio Athletic Conference qualifier, he compiled a 3.76 cumulative GPA while majoring in sport management.
Corry attended nearby Olentangy High School, has helped coach a local travel football team and holds volunteer experience with the Olentangy Youth Athletic Association (OYAA). During the summer, he works as a sales executive for Undisputed Sports Group.
He will now be working toward his master’s in business administration while on staff.
