Preston Eisnaugle begins his second year at Otterbein in the fall of 2024, coaching the wide receivers.
During his first season, slot receiver Owen Menge earned All-Ohio Athletic Conference honors after finishing ninth in the league for total catches and receiving yards per game.
Eisnaugle reunited with a handful of other staff members after playing for the University of Akron in college. The versatile athlete spent two-plus years as a defensive back (and business management major) for the Zips before the COVID pandemic swept in.
A Grove City native, Eisnaugle was a three-sport athlete for Jonathan Alder High School contributing in a large variety of ways. He played quarterback, safety and punter on the football field en route to becoming a 3x first team all-conference selection. Those accolades were capped in 2017 with honorable mention All-Ohio.
Eisnaugle was also a 3x first team all-conference standout on the baseball diamond as a utility player, both in the middle infield and outfield. He was a 2x Conference Player of the Year and All-Ohio honoree.
Eisnaugle also holds experience with multiple youth camps from his time at Akron, and is now enrolled in the Ohio State College of Barber Styling.
