Will Isaac

Former All-American Will Isaac began his first year as a graduate assistant coach for Otterbein Men’s Soccer in 2024 after concluding a decorated playing career.

Hailing from nearby Grove City, Isaac turned a memorable five-year run for the Cardinals in helping lead the program to a pair of OAC regular-season titles and subsequent bids to the NCAA Championships.

A technically skilled and crafty forward, Isaac played in 87 career matches and started all 59 over his final three campaigns. He racked up 113 points (42 goals, 29 assists) along the way… becoming the program’s new all-time leader for most helpers.

Isaac blossomed into a 4x All-OAC, 3x All-Region and 3x All-Ohio standout up top, with the pinnacle coming in 2021 as he was named a second team All-American by the United Soccer Coaches organization. The next year (2022), he was selected OAC Forward of the Year after leading the league in both goals and points.

As good as he was on the pitch, Isaac was just as productive in the classroom by assembling a 3.47 cumulative GPA before graduating with his bachelor’s degree in allied health. He earned Academic All-OAC three times and was a repeat CSC Academic All-District honoree as well.

Isaac is now working toward his master’s degree in healthcare administration while on staff.
