Abby Curnutte begins her second season as a graduate assistant coach for the Otterbein softball program, specializing on the offensive side.
Curnutte comes to Otterbein after a decorated four-year playing career for nearby Wittenberg, where she was a 3x All-North Coast Athletic Conference (NCAC) selection and part of the 2016 NCAC Championship team as a freshman.
A first team All-Region selection as a sophomore, Curnutte graduated as Wittenberg’s all-time leader with 17 home runs. She went on to graduate in the spring of 2019 with a degree in exercise science.
A native of Urbana, Curnutte will be working toward her master’s degree in business administration while at Otterbein.
