Laura (Rose) Jordan enters her eighth year overall with the Otterbein softball program, initially serving as a graduate assistant from 2015-17 before remaining on staff.
Rose came to Otterbein after attending Wittenberg University from 2010-2014, where she was a four-year varsity letterwinner for the Tiger softball team. She finished as a rare four-time All-North North Athletic Conference (NCAC) selection, which included first-team honors in 2010 and 2012. In her 2014 season, she was inducted into the NCAC Softball All-Decade Team.
Rose also earned NCAC All-Tournament team honors in 2013 and 2014, and holds Wittenberg career records for most home runs, RBI, and runs scored.
In addition to athletics, Rose graduated from Wittenberg with honors and received a bachelor’s degree in both business management and sport management, with a minor in communications.
Rose now resides in the Columbus area and earned her master’s in business administration at Otterbein in spring 2017.
