Dee Glass begins her third season as an assistant coach for the Otterbein volleyball program.
Glass, 25, spent the past two years as the graduate assistant coach before earning her master's degree in business administration. She now works full-time as a recruiting coordinator for Nationwide.
Glass came to Otterbein after a four-year playing career for the University of Mount Union, where she was a member of three NCAA teams and the 2011 Ohio Athletic Conference (OAC) Tournament Championship group.
A middle hitter, Glass served as a two-year team captain and finished her career off with an honorable mention All-OAC selection as a senior. She compiled 370 kills and 182 blocks throughout her four-year stretch, leading the league with 1.13 blocks per set during her junior season before finishing second as a senior, in 2012.
A native of Medina, Ohio, Glass currently resides in Westerville and is engaged to Otterbein Sports Information Director, Adam Prescott.
