Vitaz will roll into her first year on staff at her alma mater for the 2026 volleyball season. She received her degree in Psychology in December of 2025 and will receive her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2028, following the completion of her degree through Antioch University.Â
During her time at Otterbein, she was a four-year member of the women's volleyball team, being a part of the four-time OAC champion and NCAA qualifying team. Vitaz earned All-OAC honors her sophomore, junior, and senior year, rounding out at First Team All-OAC and OAC Tournament MVP her senior season (2025). She also received Academic All-OAC accolades three times for her efforts in the classroom. Vitaz surpassed 2,000 career assists during her time in an Otterbein jersey with a high of 57 her senior year.Â
She also received the Augsburger-Ballenger Outstanding Athlete Award, awarded to a senior athlete who made an outstanding contribution to Otterbein through dedication and participation in athletics.Â
